Finance Director

Job Descriptions:
  • Lead and develop the Team in developing Financial and Accounting Strategies, Human Resources and Commercial to optimize financial performance and strategic position of the company.
  • Plan, develop, and control the Accounting and Financial Functions, Human Resource and Commercial Resources in the company and provide comprehensive information and timely manner to help decision-making process to achieve department’s target according to the company’s goals.
  • Establish a close working relationship with the President Director, Senior Executives and other Non Executives to manage and develop the business, formulate strategies and plans.
  • Contribute to the development of company strategies in all areas of business, challenging assumptions and appropriate decision making and provide financial analysis and guidance on all business activities, plans, targets and drivers.
  • Lead and Develop Teams in building Financial and Accounting Strategies, Human Resources and Commercial to optimize financial performance and strategic position of the company.
  • Plan, develop, and control the functions of Accounting and Finance, Human Resources and General and Commercial in the company and provide information in a comprehensive and timely manner to help companies in the decision-making process to achieve the target departments they lead according to the company’s goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the functions of Accounting and Finance, Human Resources and Commercial and processing financial data and information to produce financial reports, human resources and marketing needed by the company accurately and on time.
  • Plan, coordinate and control the cash flow of the company (cash flow), especially management of accounts receivable and debt, thus ensuring the availability of funds for the company’s operations and the health of financial conditions.
  • Plan and coordinate the preparation of the company’s budget, and control the use of the budget to ensure the use of funds effectively and efficiently in supporting the company’s operational activities.
  • Plan and coordinate the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures, and control their implementation to ensure that all financial processes and transactions run in an orderly and orderly manner, and reduce financial risks.
  • Coordinate and conduct financial planning and analysis to be able to provide financial input for company leaders in making business decisions, both for investment, expansion, operational and other financial conditions.
General Requirements:
  • Male / female, not more than 50 years on January 1, 2019
  • Experience in the same field for more than 5 years, preferably in companies with a minimum total assets of USD 500 million
  • Education S1 Accounting / Finance / Banking from reputable overseas university
  • Have a Chartered Financial Analysis (CFA) Certificate and or Chartered Management Accounting (CMA)
  • Have adequate knowledge and experience in accounting and finance as well as good knowledge and understanding in the field of human resources and marketing.
  • Smart, and has adequate communication skills at all levels, technically strong, dynamic, broad-minded and influential with the ability to operate at a strategic and operational level.
  • Having the ability to handle high-level pressure and critical decision making.
  • High integrity and openness combined with commitment to Good corporate governance (good corporate governance).
  • Energetic, highly motivated, with an inquisitive mind and passion for excellence and innovation in the pursuit of business growth and success.
  • Has strong analytical and mathematical calculations
  • Leadership Skill, Self-Starter, Dynamic Team Player
  • English Proficiency in reading, writing and conversation
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta & Makassar
